PERSON CENTRED EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY
Person Centred Experiential (PCE) therapy can help you to find new purpose and meaning; to let go of unhelpful ways of living; and, to feel a greater sense of emotional freedom in your life.
The approach is based on the principle that people access and express their potential when they experience a deeply empathic and accepting relationship. As a PCE therapist, I hold an emotionally secure relational space, in which you will begin to feel free to talk about the things that are causing you upset.

In PCE therapy, I encourage and support you to share your emotions and experiences, in a way that helps to bring a feeling of clarity and relief.

SERVICES I OFFER

In our therapy sessions, I will provide a safe psychological space in which you can begin to feel free enough to share the emotional distress you currently feel like you have to carry alone. I offer therapy sessions both in-person and online.
I have more than 20 years of facilitating Person-Centred Experiential Personal Development Groups. I offer small and ongoing personal development groups for people interested in a person-centred experiential way of being. The groups are offered both in-person and online.


I have over 20 years experience of providing group supervision for PCE Counselling and Psychotherapy students. I offer individual and group supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists who have a passionate interest towards working with process and emotion in their practice. I offer supervision both in-person and online.
