A BIT ABOUT PCE THERAPY
Person Centred Experiential (PCE) therapy can help you to find new purpose and meaning; to let go of unhelpful ways of living; and, to feel a greater sense of freedom in your life.
The approach is based on the principle that people reach their potential when they experience deeply empathic and accepting relationships. As a PCE therapist, I aim to hold an emotionally safe relational space, in which you can feel free to talk about the things that are causing you upset.

In PCE therapy, the therapist helps the client share their own emotions and experiences, in a way that helps to bring a feeling of clarity and relief.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I have many years of facilitating person-centred Personal Development Groups. I am now offering a small and ongoing personal development group for people interested in a person-centred experiential way of being to be a part of. Please take a look at the PD group page for further details.


INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION
I have over 20 years experience of providing group supervision for PCE Counselling and Psychotherapy students. I also offer individual supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists who have a passionate interest towards working with process and emotion in their practice.
